Return Policies
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from they are delivered. Items must be in resalable condition (unused, unwashed and undamaged) and in its original packaging. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Personalized products are made to the buyers’ specs so we understand that everyone makes mistakes (including sellers!) Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to email the seller if you have questions about personalization, or any other issues before placing your order reach us the seller. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to personalized orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production by the seller. NOTE: Spaceplug.com or the seller also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material. Please note that you cannot return or exchange certain products, including: Custom products ( personalized products ). Items listed in categories that do not allow returns or exchanges: Books, Electronic Media, Beauty (excluding electronics), Personal Care, Mattresses, Intimates, Pet Products / Supplies.
Shipping Policies
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, many factors contribute to delivery time. Our unique products are limited by availability and the additional production time required personalizing items. Please allow up to 2 weeks for personalized items to be completed. While we will do everything in our power to get your order to you within the stated delivery time. A number of issues impact delivery time during holiday rush seasons, such as delays with the carriers and even sometimes with our raw material providers/vendors. Additionally, when attempting to estimate delivery time, please consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day and the additional time should be added to the delivery estimated time. During periods of high volume orders (Holiday Rush Orders) please expect some delays with respects to the delivery time. We will email you once your item ships.
