Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. Include the Following with the Return: Copy of the original invoice or packing slip Write your RMA number on the outside of the box Send to the address we provided you If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 15% return fee.
