We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase on all orders placed. Please follow the below steps to set up a return. Be sure to provide your order # and the reason for the return in the email. Await a reply for approval to send the product back. Do not send back any order without approval. Returns can only be sent back if the product is in NEW condition. Used products that are sent back will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer upon request at the customer's expense.
We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, many factors contribute to delivery time. While we will do everything in our power to get your order to you within the stated delivery time. A number of issues impact delivery time during holiday rush seasons, such as delays with the carriers and even sometimes with our raw material providers/vendors. Additionally, when attempting to estimate delivery time, please consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day and the additional time should be added to the delivery estimated time. During periods of high volume orders (Holiday Rush Orders) please expect some delays with respects to the delivery time. We will email you once your item ships.
