The Dogtra E-Fence 3500 is an effective underground containment system with rechargeable a collar for mild to stubborn dogs. Set custom boundaries around your property that allows your dog to be safe in your yard!

Installation: Follow these simple four steps: Step 1 - Map out the installation plan Step 2 - Set up the transmitter Step 3 - Place the underground wire Step 4 - Place boundary flags and train your dog to avoid them

Fence Wire - The fence wire must make a continuous loop around your property for your system to operate. The signal is delivered from the terminal of the transmitter, through the fence wire, back to the other terminal on the transmitter. When this is accomplished, the wire continuity light will emit a constant red indicator. The wire should be buried approximately 4-6 inches into the ground, or deep enough to protect it from being damaged by any machinery or dug up by your dog. The wire does not have to be buried in order to work.

Return Policies

Need to return an item, contact us. Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to any fees indicated below. Any products that have been used, display excessive wear, are dirty, have pet hair on them, dog fence wire removed from the spool, used dog fence flags, or other signs of prolonged use are not eligible for a refund. The following products due to health and sanitation issues, if used or opened are not eligible for refunds: Spotty Training Place, and Doggie Dooley products. Some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will provide you with the address for returning the product. If these items are shipped to us, we will charge you the cost of shipping the item(s) to the manufacturer or we may, at our option, refuse delivery. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number. Include the Following with the Return: Copy of the original invoice or packing slip Write your RMA number on the outside of the box Send to the address we provided you If your return does not have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice, you will be charged a 15% return fee. Refused / Return To Sender - If you or your customer refuse delivery of an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. You should expect to receive a refund/credit memo within two weeks of your package being given to the return shipper. However, in most cases you will receive a refund/credit memo more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process the return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/credit memo once we've received and processed your return. All returns over $500.00 will be in the form of a credit memo (store credit) to be applied against future purchases. Return policies and procedures may change without notice.


 


 

Shipping Policies

We charge only actual shipping charges based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, the dimensions of the package(s), the zip code the item(s) are shipping from and the shipping destination. Some items do ship "Oversized". Oversized rates, based on the size and weight of the item(s) are automatically calculated into your shipping rates. Our shopping cart connects directly with UPS and the USPS using our shipper accounts to calculate your shipping charges. This way, you can take advantage of our volume discounts. You will find our shipping charges to be extremely accurate. However, if you find something that does not seem to be correct, please let us know and we will look into it immediately. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, many factors contribute to delivery time. While we will do everything in our power to get your order to you within the stated delivery time. A number of issues impact delivery time during holiday rush seasons, such as delays with the carriers and even sometimes with our raw material providers/vendors. Additionally, when attempting to estimate delivery time, please consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day and the additional time should be added to the delivery estimated time. During periods of high volume orders (Holiday Rush Orders) please expect some delays with respects to the delivery time. We will email you once your item ships.
