Received merchandise that is defective or damaged in transit? Missing items from your order? We replace or refund all order issues reported within 5 days of delivery. Email Customer Service and include your item#, quantity, photos, damage deion (if applicable) and whether you want the item replaced or refunded. Address Changes, Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders In order to provide excellent service and expedient order processing, we do not accept order changes or cancellations. If an error has occurred in your order and you notify us immediately we will attempt to assist in correcting the error. After the order has left the pending queue we cannot assist in any way and orders must be returned as per our Return Policy. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued less return freight charges and a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Holiday Closures: Orders placed on holidays are queued for processing the next business day. New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. However, many factors contribute to delivery time. While we will do everything in our power to get your order to you within the stated delivery time. A number of issues impact delivery time during holiday rush seasons, such as delays with the carriers and even sometimes with our raw material providers/vendors. Additionally, when attempting to estimate delivery time, please consider the following: Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Orders placed on Holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day and the additional time should be added to the delivery estimated time. During periods of high volume orders (Holiday Rush Orders) please expect some delays with respects to the delivery time. We will email you once your item ships.
