What if my order arrives damaged or defective? The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; a photo of the box if it was also damaged. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information. Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 25% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the ship date. Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork. *Our extended holiday return policy applies only toward exchanges. Refunds will still be accessed a 25% processing fee.
