Hassle-Free Returns In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our wholesale department. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

After order is placed within 24 - 48 hours the order is processed and shipped out. Depending where it is shipping to - USPS or UPS ground will arrive within 3-7 business days.
