What if my order arrives damaged or defective? The workmanship of your canvas is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; a photo of the box if it was also damaged. If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information.
