With a soft low start, our ride on car contains 3 forward speeds & 1 reverse speed by manual switching for gradual acceleration. And 3 forward speeds can be also switched by remote control. Car speed:0-2 km/h, 0-2.5 km/h, 0-3.2 km/h. The comfortable seat can assure your kid safe as they ride around in their brand new car. Our ride on car has the rear spring shock absorber. Manual or Remote Controller:

(The battery of remote control is excluded.) 2.Manual Mode: Your kid can operate this car by himself/herself by foot pedal and steering wheel (foot pedal is for acceleration).And the 3 speeds gear is on the dashboard. Charge Time and Portable Handle:

After the item is being returned by UPS, you can request a refund from us. This policy is only applied to UPS ground delivery service. Damages found after you have received the item, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item, we will either send you return labels to return the damaged item back for a replacement or a full refund or directly send you a new one or a full refund depending on the damage status of the item and your will. Package Lost After you have received the tracking number, still you haven't got the item by the expected delivery date. You may look around, check it with your neighbors, and contact the shipping company. After which, the package still does not show itself up. Contacting us with your phone number, we would set up a lost package claim against the shipping company to have your matter taken care of. It will take a week or so to get the investigation result from the shipping company. Please wait patiently during the period, and we would take a relevant measure to have it settled.
